Delivery Across Pakistan
ZARFIA delivers across Pakistan through our courier partners. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before the order is placed.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Customers are requested to provide a complete address and active phone number to avoid delivery delays.
Advance Payment Orders
Where advance-payment options or promotional discounts are available, the applicable terms will be displayed at checkout or communicated before payment.
Order Confirmation
Providing incorrect or incomplete contact information may result in order cancellation or delivery delays.
Delivery Attempts

If a customer repeatedly refuses confirmed COD orders or provides false delivery information, ZARFIA reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact ZARFIA as soon as possible with:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the parcel
- Photos of the received product
Our team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. ZARFIA will assist where possible, but courier delays outside our direct control cannot be guaranteed.
